To complete your dip powder set, follow to following steps:
Prep your nail and apply Bond or dehydrator
Apply your Base liquid and dip into a dip clear dip powder
Apply Base and dip or lay your finger into de dip powder. ( Pouring the dip powder into a cupcake liner and laying your finger flat into, For better results this is recommended if you are using a dip powder with glitter ).
Apply Base and dip or lay into the dip powder again
Apply Base and dip into a clear dip powder to encapsulate glitter.
Apply Activator liquid.
Use a hand file or eFile to file your nail to even it out and shape it.
Dust off your nails and apply a top coat of your choice.
TIPS: Glitter powders require a final layer or clear dip powder, or gel, to smooth and protect.
